《东北实验医学杂志》是日本乃至世界上最古老、最负盛名的期刊之一。TJEM对来自世界各地的医学科学的所有分支的原创文章开放。TJEM还包括防灾科学领域，包括地震考古学。临床报告，以前被归类为病例报告，这大大提高了我们的医学科学或实践知识，也被接受。评论文章，给编辑的信，评论，新闻和观点也将被考虑。所有类型的论文都旨在向TJEM的广大读者展示具有特殊新颖性、重要性和趣味性的新信息。
英文简介
The Tohoku Journal of Experimental Medicine is one of the oldest and the most prestigious periodicals in Japan and the world. The TJEM is open to original articles in all branches of medical sciences from authors throughout the world. The TJEM also covers the fields of disaster-prevention science, including earthquake archeology. Clinical reports, formerly categorized as Case reports, which advance significantly our knowledge on medical sciences or practice, are also accepted. Review articles, Letters to the Editor, Commentary, and News and Views will also be considered. All types of papers are intended to present new information of exceptional novelty, importance and interest to the broad readership of the TJEM.
