IEICE（电子信息和通信工程师协会）成立于80多年前，是日本最大的专业工程协会，会员超过42000人。该协会在电子信息和通信科学技术的调查和交流方面享有国际声誉。IEICE出版研究的四项交易已经并将继续为这些领域的技术进步和工业发展作出重大贡献。IEICE电子通信基础和计算机科学汇刊涵盖的主题包括：声学算法、CAD电路理论、密码术、数字信号处理、信息安全、信息理论、编码建模和仿真、神经网络、非线性电路和系统VLSI设计。

The IEICE (The Intitute of Electronics Information and Communication Engineers) was founded over 80 years ago and is Japanís largest professional engineering society with over 42 000 members. The society has an international reputation as a leading force in the investigation and exchange of knowledge on the science and technology of electronics information and communication. The four Transactions of the IEICE publish research have made and continue to make significant contributions to the progress of technology and the development of industries in these fields. IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics Communications and Computer Sciences Topics covered include: acoustics algorithms CAD circuit theory cryptography digital signal processing information security information theory and coding modeling and simulation neural networks nonlinear circuits and systems VLSI design.
