The Journal of Animal Physiology and Animal Nutrition publishes original papers on research in the fields of animal physiology, physiology and biochemistry of nutrition, animal feeding, feed technology, and food preservation. The journal has been well accepted for presentation of articles on application-oriented basic research as well as applied research, thus making new findings, methods, and techniques easily accessible and applicable in practice. Reviews on the most important specialized literature are also included.
