?Neuroepidemiologyí is the only periodical devoted to descriptive, analytical and experimental studies in the epidemiology of neurologic disease. The journal contains data of interest to many branches of neuroscience. Original articles discuss the classification, natural history and frequency of neurologic disease in different populations. Reports are published of new analytic methods and of research on environmental and genetic factors affecting risk of neurologic disease. The journal also features timely, critical reviews by invited authorities in neuroepidemiology giving readers current and comprehensive information from around the world. ?Neuroepidemiologyí expands the boundaries of traditional clinical neurology by providing new insights regarding the etiology and distribution of diseases of the nervous system.
